Chapter 1- Memories of Father
" We need to go. Wake up." Those are the faint words in my mind.
I see my father. He's smiling at me. I like that smile that blue eyes sparkle. It means he has something special and fun planned for me, his only child.
Then, I open my eyes, truly, and I don't see him anymore. I don't see the room I was in or those eyes. I see a large room and I'm in a canopy bed. It's all pink and white. I look over and there is Calibur, my servant. He gets up and starts to leave.
" You are awake now. That's good. We have to leave for Aquastar today. I have packed up your clothes, the chefs are making food for the journey, and you need to be ready by sunset. Your staff is over there." He says, and as he says there, he points to a long sparkling staff. Then, he goes out the door and closes it.
I get up and go to the vanity table and sat down on the chair. I look into the mirror and stare into the eyes. I go back to my dream. I have the same eyes as him, but my blue eyes always sparkle, his eyes only sparkled when I told him I love him, or when I hug him, or when he has something for me. Since my mother died, he basically dedicated his life to making his only daughter happy. But, six years ago he left me. I remember him getting sick. And I can feel his body get colder as when he hugged me and told me he loved me and never forgot that.
I feel tears streaming down my cheek and I return to the present. I look back into the mirror, and wipe my eyes. I take my brush and brush my, cherry red, hair down. I can tell by my tangles that I tossed and turned last night. I always do when I dream of my father.
After putting on my pink lipcolor, and putting my hair in a tie, I go to my armoire and take out my pink dress, a traveler's dress with a cape, and my hair jewels. I put on my pink and white boots and pick up my staff and as I go to leave the room, I can hear the clicks of the high heels.
I stop, just before I go out the door, and put my hand below my neck. It's still there. I wrap my hands around my locket. It is on a necklace chain that is connected to a pink leather choker that is encrested with pink tourmalines. My father gave the locket to me the day he died, and the only times I've taken it off was to attach it to a more fitting necklace or chocker, or to when bathing.
I start walkiing again. I close my door. I go to my throne and wait for Calibur to come and get me. It's only noon, so I still have six hours, so I get up and leave the castle, into the town.

Chapter 2- Amour Sincère
As I take my step into the garden, between the castle and the town, I take a deep breath and take in the scenery. It reminds me of my father's garden. It definetly was no where near as big as this one, but I know he loved it and took care of it. He studied flowers as a hobby and when he found an unknown flower, one day, and called it amour sincère, which means true love. He said a love from a parent to their child should be true and unconditional. And he told me that's what his love for me is .
I get back into reality and look at the sky. It's about 12:30. I go to into the town. It is a pretty nice town. It has lots of light, and gardens. I think it's beautiful. I walk through the Religion district. I stopped my faith after my father died. I just hated the fact that the savior, or saviors, didn't help my dad. I've never took time to decide which religion to choose. I, then, get to a fork at the end. There is the residential district, houses, or the food district. then, I heard a small rumble and my stomach made the decision for me. I walked into the food district and found Clara, an old friend, and asked her to make me something.
" Sure, I'll be happy to."
" How much should I give you, Clara?"
" On the house, for friendship." Clara said, giving me food.
" I've been thinking about my father lately. I don't know why, but it's excessive today."
" I wouldn't blame you. It's September 3rd, your father's birth and death day."
"What?! It is! I'm sorry," I finished my food, " to eat and leave, but I have to go."
" It's okay. You want me to call Massie in the garden district to ready some flowers?"
" That would be so nice of you. Thanks." And I left. I can't believe I forgot. I have to get to the Cemetary district soon.
After I got to Massie's flower shop, and she gave me some flowers, I started leaving to go to the cemetary to my father's grave. The amour sincère is a miracle flower. I had put it in the middle of his grave, righ after he died, and though each year, all the other flowers would die, it was the only one that lived. Maybe someone watered it by itself, or something, but I believe, or am making myself believe, that the amour sincère was a way to show my father was still with me. Every time I felt he was gone, I thought of it. When I got there, and had put the other flowers on the grave, I lay there, and think about my father and fell asleep.
When I woke up, and stared at the sky, I noticed that the sun was about to set. I only have a few minutes until I had to be at the kingdom. I got up, and then, I noticed, that another flower was growing. I smiled, and I could imagine my eyes, sparkling even more than my dad's. Then, I picked up the grown amour sincère and ran home.
All I could think about was my father and his amour sincère for my happiness and healthyness. Then, all I could do was stare at the lower in my hand and keep saying 'I have amour sincère for my father, My love for the man who raised me is unconditional.'

Chapter 3- Before We Left
When I get to the castle, Calibur and the rest of my servants are waiting for me.
“ You’re back. We were scared something happened. It’s sunset already, so we have to go now. Do you have everything you need?” Calibur was the first one to say anything.
“ Yes. I have my staff, my locket, and my father’s Amour Sincère flower.” He seemed a bit surprised that I had it.
“ I thought you were gonna keep it with your father. What made you take it with you after keeping it in for so long?” “ Another one’s growing. Another Amour Sincère flower! It’s not fully grown yet, but it’s there.” I said. It made me very happy to say it.
“ That’s great. Well, we have everything here. Do you think it will last through seven days? We do have to go.” “ Seven days? How will we get there?” I was starting to feel bad, I didn’t think it would take seven days just to get there. That means we’ll be gone for at least 15.
“ Well, the carriage will be able to take us to the sea, which will take three days. Then, we have to take a boat for four. It may take longer if something happens, nothing should. Come on. We have to leave. Don’t worry.” So, brush off the dirt from the flower and from my dress, get in the carriage, hold the Amour Sincère in my lap and stare out the window.
